This webinar will feature legal experts, including the attorney who represented the YMCA of Marquette County in its successful Chapter 11 reorganization. The goal will be to familiarize participants with the reorganization process both within and outside the context of a Chapter 11 proceeding so that they may be knowledgeable should their organization choose to further pursue this option.
