Are you interested in a career in a restaurant or hotel? This 12 week course is to prepare students for full-time employment in the restaurant industry. In this course, you will receive classroom instruction and hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen environment. this program is ITA eligible. After you have completed the program, you will receive 4 certifications that are recognized in the food industry today, along with the job placement assistance.

Day and afternoon classes. Classes start 12/2/19 and end 3/5/20.
