CEDAM’s Community Economic Development (CED) 101 webinar series
November 9, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
CEDAM’s Community Economic Development (CED) 101 webinar series is back! Join us for the first webinar kicking off the series “What is Community Economic Development?” November 9, 2021 from 10:00–11:30am EST.
Description:
We often see “community development” and “economic development” used as separate terms. So what do we mean by “community economic development”?
The CED field is diverse, has many definitions and interpretations, and comes with a complicated history. This first session will set the stage for participants to become responsible CED leaders by understanding that history and helping those new to the field understand their organization’s place in the ecosystem.
