Venture For America is partnering with the Desai Sethi Foundation to launch the DSF Social Impact Fellowship for VFA to respond to some of these challenges by selecting social impact organizations to hire Fellows at a heavily subsided rate to carry out their mission.

How it Works

Organizations in Detroit, Hamtramck and Highland Park that have been affected by the pandemic and that are making a positive social impact on low- to moderate-income individuals can apply to bring on a highly-vetted Fellow into a full-time role for two years. If awarded, organizations will pay only $5,000 in year one and $10,000 in year two to work with a Fellow. Applications of interest are due by midnight on June 7. Learn more and apply here.

Informational Sessions

They are holding an informational session today, June 4, at 5 — for organizations interested in applying. Sign up for an info session here.
