Introducing Co.act Detroit’s inaugural Activate Fund! Applications are now open for two programs designed to support southeast Michigan nonprofit organizations’ capacity in two key ways:

Nonprofit Fundamentals Grant 

Bolstering internal capacity to fulfill mission 

Up to 20 registered 501(c)(3)s serving Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties will receive as much as $50,000 each to support: 

Funding and Resources
Operations*
Organizational Culture
Program Development, Implementation and Evaluation
*The AF does not invest in direct employee wages/salaries/benefits or any direct operating costs

To help you write your best application, we will be holding a number of information sessions and office hours at each of our four regional hubs. Registration is encouraged but not required to attend.

Collaboration Pilot Grant 

Strengthening network capacity to work collaboratively

Up to five collaboratives serving Wayne county will receive resources to enhance their work, including paid space, facilitators and convening support.

To help you write your best application, we will be holding a number of information sessions and office hours at Co.act Detroit. Registration is encouraged but not required to attend.
